Transmission measurements through plastic films, sheets of glass and other transparent materials are very straightforward.
There are few restrictions on the physical size of the sample, for example large sheets of glass can be measured without cutting. Thin samples such as films can be measured in the standard cuvette holder. Thicker samples may require special fixtures.
Application examples include the ability to measure samples directly in their containers, such as a bottle or a flask. AstraNet has wide experience in designing special holders for specific containers.
